My Game:

The whole idea of my game is to avoid the clouds as you fall through the sky and survive as long as possible.


My Idea 2.0:

You are in a dream and you are falling through the sky avoiding giant gummy bears. Along the way you have to collect coins to unlock different levels. When you land you fall into your bed and wake up. However, the different levels will become gradually harder with more gummy bears to avoid and the pace of the game increases in each level.




Concept:
The simple concept of the game is falling through the sky and avoiding anything during the fall.

Game Design:
Things which are going to be avoided need to be created. We are going to needs to create graphics for things which appear during the game. Also, the controls for how the character is able to move are going to need to be created here.

Prototyping:
Alpha and Beta versions of the game will be released to see if there are any problems or bugs which need to be fixed.

Programming:
The programmers are going to need to program the controls and what happens if you hit something during the fall.

Character Design:
The main character is going to need to be created along side the art work for the objects which need to be avoided.

Environment Design:
The background for the game is going to be created here. Also, when your character dies and the loading screen are going to need to have art work too.

Sound Design:
Gentle music is going to need to be created so that the game isn't boring with the sound on. Ambient noise should be included, such as having the wind when you fall and a noise when your character dies.

User Interface:
Things such as the buttons to begin the game. Things like a settings button and sliders for the audio levels will need to be created to give the sense of freedom within the game.

Quality Assurance:
The game is going to released to a specific amount of people so that they can give us their opinions on the game and if they think anything needs to be fixed or improved.

Deployment:
The game will need to have a build up before being released so that more people know about the game. This could include having adverts for the game.
